INTERNS AND ANALYSTS

Analysts collect information from end-users about system performance. They oversee the projects and handle the upgrades, hardware, and software installations. Analysts review existing IT systems and internal processes and work in collaboration with the management to understand the company's objectives. All Interns and Analysts report directly to the Managers of their respective teams.

MANAGER

The IT Managers are responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading computer-related activities in an organization. They help determine the IT needs of an organization and are responsible for implementing computer systems to fulfill the organization's information systems requirements. The scope of an IT manager's responsibilities varies. In some cases, the focus is solely on computer networks. In other cases, the focus can be on managing telecommunications systems and other electronic support systems related to the company operations. All IT Mangers report directly to the IT Director.

DIRECTOR

IT Director responsibility is similar to those of the manager, however, they are tasked with making sure that the entire team runs efficiently within the organization. The IT Director is the final line and decisionmaker in the planning and implementation process. The IT Director reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer of the company.
